In an initial meeting, we compare our mutual expectations. The application process may vary depending on the position.
3. Getting to know each other virtually
This interview is about finding out what you are looking for and what skills you bring to the table. We want to talk to you on an equal footing, and at the same time show you who we are and where we need support. The question is: Are we a good match for each other, personally and professionally?
4. Show us what you’ve got!
In the second interview, we will examine your specialist knowledge in more detail and give you a deeper insight into the job. You will also get to know the team, or at least part of it. It is important to us that you ask yourself: “Are these people I would enjoy working with?”
5. We want you!
If you impressed us, we will send you a draft contract, which will be discussed with People & Culture. We can’t wait to make it official!
6. Welcome on board!
We are full of anticipation and can hardly wait for you to start your first day of work with us. We will be happy to keep you up to date with the latest news after you sign your contract and, if the opportunity arises, you can also take part in internal events.
